On-shelf availability is how often a product is really on the shelf for a shopper to buy. It is a core retail metric, and it can move differently from model accuracy, so both are worth watching.
For engineers: share of SKUs present and correctly placed at audit time; a business KPI downstream of recognition, not a model metric.
