DeepSORT

DeepSORT follows each product from one photo to the next, so a can reads as the same can across frames and the labels stop jumping. It matches first by where the boxes overlap, then by how the products look.

For engineers: a multi-object tracker, IoU and motion association first, appearance embeddings second. Here it is modified, with tracks seeded from labelings.
